Winter season and GAP section closing
With Western Pennsylvania firmly in the grasp of winter no rides have been scheduled for the coming months. Hopefully we will get a break some weekend in the next month or two and if we do I will try to schedule a ride. The trails can be a bit tricky to ride this time of year with shady areas having slick or frozen spots even with warmer temperatures.
Please note that the Great Allegheny Passage section from Buena Vista (mile marker 120.9) to near McKeesport (mile marker 131.1 will be closed due to construction until at least April 15, 2021. More information can be found on the GAP web site.
